I reverse-engineered this salad from the now-defunct deli at Strawberry Fields in Urbana. Not quite sure that I've got their recipe, but what I do have is a delicious salad.
1 head of cabbage, sliced into shreds
1 jicama, cut into matchsticks
2 carrots, shredded
juice of 2 lemons
1-2 T sesame oil
2-4 T olive oil
salt & pepper
